--OT0-- Uncle Frank, t2k, re: INTC. INTC right now is a great value play. Again, I stress that the box and chip makers will not be considered Growth Markets in 1999, especially as we we head towards the end of the year. But INTC right now is a great VALUE play. I just see no need to own it as I am confident my sizable ownership stake in MSFT pretty much covers the both of them. MSFT has the Growth and Value story all rolled into one. JMHO Teflon
