Jeff and all, I do not why you guys are so YAHOO about? I am afraid that that Jay Hu guy from US gov. may be a double agent. He will be charged for leaking China's state secret publicly. Therefore, China is going to treat him as a treason and punishes him accordingly under China laws. A sad story. Though he will be protested by US Gov. for an human right violation form China. He may also leak US nuclear secret to China at the same time. He is also under investigation right now from US gov.,. New York Times, Matt Drudge, National Inquirer, MSNBC, Rush Limbaugh and US Congressmen and Senators. The trial and hearing is coming. Then who cares as long as QCOM price is going up.
