I attended yesterdays shareholders meeting, here are some notes that didn't make the news headlines: a) Go2net to re-launch upgraded versions of all their sites in the next 60-90 days. This will include a site that combines Silicon Investor and Stocksite into one fully integrated site. Go2net will begin an accelerated advertising campaign in conjunction with the completion of these upgrades. b) Go2net has found much interest from Wall Streets investment community and expects new coverage in the near future. c) Go2net will be at conferences in San Francisco and New York in the next two months. d) Go2net left open the possibility that Paul Allen could increase his tender offer from its current $90. The general feeling from the meeting was extremely bullish.
