<Institutions had been selling> you have to know how to read and interpret this. For example, right now, there are more institutional "super messages" on the buy side than on the sell side. Also, as someone pointed-out last week, these indicators are just that, and only the ones through limited systems.

IMO: The r/t bid and ask size is a better indicator.

As an aside, the ERICY accum. news is quite encouraging.

It's your reading of Thomson that is wrong. Institutions, as represented by block trades, aren't selling. The blocks are mostly + or 0+ tick. Indications are useless.
