Wastemasters - WAST (5/32 x 3/16). Just announced major news. Volume stacking up on the bid, looks ready to pop.

biz.yahoo.com

Involuntary bankruptcy proceedings have been terminated by the court. What they don't say is why. The reason, I'm hearing, is that one of the rollups is bailing them out (they recently hired a turnaround company to help them out). From what I'm hearing, part of the deal is that a lot of stock (60-70 million) is being taken out, which should easily get the stock over a buck or more to maintain Nasdaq Smallcap listing.
