Hank... RE: CBRL I am somewhat like you regarding eating at chain restaurants. When traveling however, they serve a need and a lot of people travel with family. I have stopped at Cracker Barrels many times when visiting in Tennessee. In fact, I really seek them out. They really have a great b'fast/lunch menu and the food is good. Every one I have ever stopped at is always very busy. I have never had dinner at one. I find their gift shops associated with each restaurant excellent as well. With that said, I know nothing about evaluating the financials as I am not familar with the restaurant busines and I have not invested in them long or short. At first glance, the financials look fairly good but I really do not know. Regards Bob T.
