Well-Have you complained to the SEC? All CYOE shareholders should. I will this evening. All others please post or PM when you have done so. It's about time to build the fire with numbers to the SEC.

If the regulators were on the ball, they would never have given CYOE a Nasdaq listing just a few months ago IMO. Delisting now would be egg on their face. Of course CYOE technically is within the requirements. I don't expect any action from the Nasdaq without some substantial change in the companies situation. Now, the SEC could see through the facade...

Barb
