PICK Communications Forms New Subsidiary - PICK ONLINE.COM

WAYNE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 1999--PICK Communications Corp. ("PICK") (OTCBB:PICK) announced today the
formation of a new subsidiary, PICK ONLINE.COM INC. The new company will be an innovative aggregator and delivery provider
of audio and video streaming content to what it calls the "Edge of the Internet".

Diego Leiva, Chairman and President of PICK, said "PICK ONLINE.COM will offer radio and TV stations a unique ability to reach
an audience in the manner IP Multicasting was intended to, but in a more effective and economical way. We are very excited
about the next generation solution to delivering audio and video streaming to Internet Service Providers (ISP) and to Broadband
Networks including Cable Modem and Asynchronous Digital Service Line (ADSL) service providers."

Mr. Leiva added, "Microsoft has been a critical partner in the development of the PICKSat platform and PICK ONLINE.COM. Their
contributions have included integration of Microsoft Windows NT, Microsoft Commercial Internet Server (MCIS) and the Windows
Media Technology onto our platform."

Raul Alarcon, Sr., who is Chairman of the Board for the Spanish Broadcasting System and who owns stations all over the United
States and Puerto Rico, commented, "We are the first radio stations to be broadcast in this innovative method. PICK ONLINE has
shown us how multicasting via satellite will soon deliver our signals to more listeners via the Internet than ever before possible."

Multicasting is a method of disseminating an audio or video Internet media stream that is normally made available from a source
to a single end user, and instead making it available to an unlimited number of end users. This technology has been available for
some time but has only been implemented in a relatively small number of locations. To work properly, multicasting requires
Internet-wide implementation which will be both costly and time consuming. PICK ONLINE.COM "leapfrogs" the Non-Multicast
Ready Internet and delivers streaming content directly to the Edge of the Internet. This not only gets the streams there with higher,
more reliable quality, but also without using any of a provider's expensive and limited backbone bandwidth.

PICK ONLINE.COM is expected to be well received by radio and TV stations who want to reach large Internet audiences and by
service providers who are experiencing backbone bandwidth limitations due to increased usage by their subscribers to streaming
media services.

PICK Communications Corp. (PICK) (OTCBB:PICK) is a diversified, facilities-based telecommunications carrier headquartered in
Wayne, NJ. The Company also has offices in Miami, FL and the UK, two international gateway switches located in Jersey City, NJ
and Miami, FL., and with the addition of PICK ONLINE.COM, five wholly owned subsidiary companies. PICK US Inc. (formerly
PICK, Inc.) markets and distributes prepaid telephone calling cards. PICKNET, Inc. and PICKNET UK PLC provide international
long distance services to other carriers. PICKSat Inc. provides satellite-based Internet access and Interactive Multimedia services to
end user service providers.

Again, you wrote it- I just responded.
Hard to deny what you wrote.
I don't have to defend 1 or 2 bad momentum picks when 15 other well researched picks are good.
All that needs to be said.

It's a losing argument. Apologize and move on.
