Tony,
I doubt it. BII's Nasdaq application has numerous references to Canadian <> U.S. exchange rates. It is primarily a Canadian company. Also, technically, Frankfort's BII price should be close to the same value on the TSE or NASDAQ (I know there are variations though).

Hi Tony, I don't think for the Frankfurt price.
But I am thinking two possibilities for the price:
1: the price turn around 7.50C$ for the listing or
2: someone tell us X days ago that the American people like the price around 15.00US$ and maybe the BII price can take it for the listing but it is just a worthless hypothesis for the fun.
