James: This is addressed to thread newbies - I know you (James) are totally aware of 144 filings and how they pertain, historically to FNTN. For those people whom you mentioned that may be newly tuned in:
The subject of 144s has once again reared its insufferable head, so we must (for the 1,000th time) explain that most stockholders in FNTN who follow this thread already know about 144 filings, and that 144s simply allow the filer the opportunity to sell stock for a limited period at the end of which time the 144 can be renewed, or dropped - hence, multiple filings.
Management, like us are entitled to sell stock for any reason (profit or food are both legitimate reasons) - and I might add, in FNTN's case, these filings have generally expired without a single share sold.
So if someone brings up 144 filings and makes them out to be mysterious, clandestine events you need not sell your shares in utter panic.
Regards to all stockholders,
Wally
