Slider:

OSX down just 2.5% after big runnup with Dow now off 155 points. Pretty good OSX action by my standards. I may buy some more FSESX today.

What happened to super bear Papaya King?

My big concern these dys is not oil or the OSX per se, but the overall stock market. Never in 30 years of watching markets have I seen such horrendous technical divergences with the big cap averages making new highs. Add the tremendous overvaluation of the big caps, and I can see the Dow going below 7000 before the year is up.

I expect the bear to start relatively slowly and think OSX can maintain its bull for a few more months. But once the Dow slips below 9000 -- which I expect by summer at the latest -- even the OSX will be hard pressed to maintain its uptrend.
