andrew; UFAB; .... no bites yet on my lines...(ie: bottomfishing).

I think UFAB is a solid, stable, relatively safe company with excellent near and longterm growth prospects. Good balance sheet - no high debt/leverage problems. Allen Tank acquisition was very positive. They are increasing ability to handle larger deepwater projects and upgrading mfg/engineering facilities on an ongoing basis. A solid niche player with a good track record and making all the right moves.

Morgan Keegan (the axe in UFAB) has an excellent report available on UFAB - I don't have a Morgan Keegan link - but should be easy to find... get it !

PS - bottomfishing; nothing really cheap yet - no major one day selloffs... trolling for PGO in the $13ish range and RIG still a buck, or two lower... A move starting thursday/friday would make sense imho... Why wouldn't we move to at least the levels of the Sept- Nov highs, and some stocks aren't even at their Jan highs - let alone back to the Octoberish bounce levels... Oil prices and the future sure looks much more positive to me here than it did there ! I think the Street feels the same way - we're seeing the usual suspects doing the ''Shakeout Dance'' here today - hopefully they will be done soon and we can get ''Bunches'' <VBG> of Mo-Mo players in ....ohh; wait a minute - PGEI is nibbling on the bobber - gotta go !
