I like the fact that "laser-generated X-rays" is listed separately from x-ray lithography and Britelight.

We have not heard much about what non-lithography applications they are looking at for their x-ray source, but I expect we will. I suppose looking in to all the applications that the synchotron sources are used for would provide some clues. X-ray microscopy is one we had already talked about.
