firefly, I think it may be previous officers who left with cash. I do not think Mitch and Co. are dishonest at this point, just in over their heads. firefly, the shares for this shell seem rather expensive to me...any idea why this has not fallen to .02? Colleen

Nothing too fishy I don't think. The former president went "sideways" on Mitch and his group, the share price dropped like a rock, and that, combined with other factors made it difficult, then impossible for Mitch to obtain the necessary financing. Weatherall, Canada, if you will, I understand is now back to being a private company and looking for business as they were doing before getting involved with the public company. <maybe he is smarter than we all figured and has left the country with all the LONG money.> Well I just got off the phone with Mitch, he's still in the country, still in Vancouver, and still working on either rolling something in or selling the shell. He hopes to have news in the next ???, I'm not putting a date on it.
