The DMEC short(?)could be a position established to be covered by the converts - therefore may not be an actual naked short ! And - in My opinion no group or person is short 5 million shares of a 10 cent stock !!!! And - It appears to me that the news releases cause enough buying to assist the converts to get out of their shares. And - changing the CUSIP number will not do anything against a short position !!!!!!!!!
