Caroline,

Me thinks we will now get to see how IDX at this price level....reacts to a nasty, nasty, market.

Rockets over Bosnia? (watch out for this little exercise...Americans will die in this one).....and folks seeing that the air is about to get let out of the market leaders on gerneral overvaluation concerns?...Hmmmm.

You would think IDX would go right along with it.......If it does not, well it may just be about as good as it gets.... for anyone thinking this little stock may be a good buy.

Concern for the country and markets.....but IDX happy thoughts.

bg

C&D,

Lower is better! A lower stock price means lower goodwill and acquired R&D writeoff from the merger because the number of shares IDX is paying for IDT is fixed at a little over 5 million.

We are resolved to lower stock prices until the IDT merger is approved and the floodgates of good news can open.

My best guess for approval is mid-April.

This may be your chance to round out your lot. I am personally hoping for $5.00, but I think there are too many people that want the shares above that price.

Hopefully they can close the deal and then announce the closing so the price isn't bid up in anticipation of the deal closing.

I don't think it's worth more than 50 cents a share to keep my certificates! <lol> Seriously, the four o'clock person is the reason for the lower openings. He bids up the price at the end of almost every day. It appears only 100 shares traded at 5 1/4. Not mine. So I have pulled my bid, while I watch the struggle to stay above 5 1/2. OBV is still pointing down. On an hourly basis IDX has traded below 5 1/2 four times in the last two days. 5 1/2 has always held. No one can tell where a bottom is until it's over. I'm just guessing we're not there yet.
