If I recollect correctly Don mentioned in the Dec/Jan timeframe the process would begin soon and take 6 months. If you are correct with your information, then the projections of the process have been misleading. While I can understand why TSIS wants to limit audit fee's, they cannot afford IMO to loose investor confidence, and must communicate the progress.

If waiting for July, that means the audit cannot start in earnest until July 31st. Being a small company, TSIS has not in the past had influence in accelerating the audit reports. And we have a new auditor, who must learn the lay of the land.

If this process doesn't begin until July 31, we won't see fully reporting status until September. IMO this is not what the shareholders were expecting.
