Gator you post regarding CRNC: "Company should have news back from the auditors that all is well." I certainly hope that you are not sure about that statement. If so you are trading on inside information, at least it sure appears like that.

But if you are just taking somebody's word for it you are really taking a huge chance. First you have no idea what whoever you talked to means when they say all is well. That could simply mean they still have cash. Further you don't know if they have a well respected auditor, do they have an unqualified opinion, and what it will show in the notes on share ownership, bank lines, lawsuits, cash flows, loans to stockholders, etc. etc.

I am not slamming the stock, just urging caution. Lately you have all seen first hand what happens when you anticipate news will be seen as good and on analysis is not. XCLU is most recent case in point. IMO if the news is good you will see it soon enough and be able to invest then. Maybe you will pay a little more, but your risk profile is greatly improved.
