BILLY JACK is walking around the world tonight, HK, Aust., etc down. I'm keeping my powder dry but when the market turns it could be quick so I'm watching it like hawk, locked and loaded. Can you believe that TYPE II closed @ 9 5/16? If I liked it at 9 7/8 and 9 3/8 , guess what.
