Zeus, Yes, talked to Dick Hennig several times there. Great guy. Talked about the original reverse merger. Good stuff there. If I talk to the manufacturers and they tell me they are satisfied with Great White Marine and are looking into expanding their relationship with additional product is this material non-public information that the company must disclose? If I talk to the company-paid newsletter gentleman from Investors Alert and he informs me that he believes that Cooke has received shares for his financial services rendered to the company is it material non-public information that the company must disclose? Is there a lawyer in the house? Kind of hard to determine what is inside information and what is simply good analysis and due diligence. This happens all the time here with bulletin board stocks of small companies. Easier to talk to the CEO and CFO who don't understand that "hey Mark, gotta run and get this damned pr over to the agency before I go home" is material. I didn't ask him what was on it nor did he tell. I fondly remember that conversation with the CEO of GLOW quite well to this day. I was happy to discover that the release didn't hit the news until mid-morning of the following day. Lucky me it was favorable news.... Zeus, where is your dd regarding JAWS? Have you shared some of this information and I have missed it somehow? Just curious. We need give and take here....where's the give? That's partially the reason why I left Yahoo after Flightless and Purcell left....nobody here doing anything but whining about the company without presenting any good discussion material.
