My take is that the OSX (still far below its highs) can continue rising during the first phase of a Dow bear market as long as oil prices are well behaved. But as the bear market intensifies and greed turns to fear and then fear turns into panic, the OSX probably will join the rest of the market on the downside.

I do not see this nascent bear reaching a panic phase for some time; therefore the OSX can continue its bull run for awhile. But not indefinitely.
