I copied these from yahoo, those big block sells perhaps came from here? I am watching closely before i get in. WAYNE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 1999--PICK Communications Corp. (OTCBB:PICK - news) announced today that it has entered into a second amendment to its extension agreement with the holders of $9.9 million of 18% Senior Secured Notes. The due date of the Notes has been extended unconditionally to March 31, 1999. The Company is continuing its efforts to obtain permanent equity financing to repay the Notes and provide working capital.
