Razor,

"AFAIK, there is no rule on SI that says you must own stock in a company to participate in a discussion thread. Please correct me if I'm wrong. TIA."

I would be the last person to care about any rules. I am only questioning your "present" interest in AIPN and seeking to get a hold of your reason for posting here I assume you are not subject to idle speculation and also assume that you are not looking to make any shareholder feel bad about the lousy position the company is presently in.

You have been involved in the oil business and have a Harvard MBA and my question is legitimate. I am here because my father was an oilman and I own a lot of stock in this company and still believe that the concession will be economic and give me at some point a 10 to 1 return on my money. That point for me is longer then I want but I have long since learned to expect nothing and you will not be disappointed in a stock.

This company is a test of that theory.

Anyway what is your "present" interest, really no hostility intended.
If you do not want to say then that will be it.
