Letmebe... been awhile since we've seen you around these parts. Nice article, although to be fair I think DCTM was really the first to take a strong vertical focus to the market, although arguably DOCS has had a vertical focus in the legal space since day one. But I do agree with the move and think it will pay off for DOCS in the long run. What is also potentially interesting is the new capabilities coming out of the Fulcrum side of things - ETOC - and how that puts more arrows in the quiver for sales people.
