I'm not trying to be a smarty-pants, but ISLD is an ECN, not an MM, so I'm puzzled by the comment. I don't have Level II so I don't see the depth or who's doing what, but if it's ISLD trades that would be interprted differently than an MM walking things up.

19 7/8 could look okay by the end of the day. But, what the heck, stops keep us disciplined. Without them we got nothing but our emotions to guide us & I know you young guys get those har-moans all tangled up with emotions.
