Barbara.. My two cents, for what its worth? Shell are short cuts and sometimes can create problems. For example, the recent legal dispute involving Stein. The problem seems to always be that there is stock and options under every rock. I remember back in the late 80's there were many of theses deals done. Although I am sure some were eventually successful, many turned out to be horror stories. In general, it does not look well for a Company to willy nilly change there name as the need arises. But hey, like I said, just my .02 cents.
