waltertx, Victory????????? Only in procedures. If Firamada doesn't do what they promised the judge, thoroughly, and what FSAAA has asked for all along, then they will be right back before the judge as I sense the situation.

So, please explain to everyone how this is that considered a win in your eyes???? Give them the details, they have earned the right to the straight scoop.

Re: Winners & losers..... sure does matter!!... the company has lost(insolvent as of last report), the 2,400 shareholders have lost many millions of dollars, the only winners appear to have been company insiders and those who promoted the stock to push the shares on the unsuspecting 2,400+/- shareholders while the truth was hidden, pocketed, and apparently misrepresented.

It certainly is time for the tables to turn. It certainly does matter to the public at large.

And yes, you're right, it is probably appropriate for more.......
