del, It is absolutely useless to YOU. You continue to come here and whine about what the company isn't doing. If you have sold already and are looking for a new entrance point, the information over on the private board may help you to cement your decision to buy or not to buy. It is a main source of information, unlike what you will find here. What you don't get is that folks on the Yahoo board spend time in chat sometimes talking about posts like yours here on SI and wonder aloud how someone as obviously sophisticated as yourself could ignore the amount of good, solid dd regarding Great White Marine that resides elsewhere. As you can tell, del, many people are refusing to invest until the filing....yet the stock is running up over the last several days. If you are in the private board, you could get a sense of anticipation there which may demonstrate to you that many of us sideline dwellers smell the form 10 coming. We have shared information regarding conversations with Colin Smith, Tom Loyd, and others that suggest the Form 10 is coming. The last press release itself, unlike the ones going back to last April (I remember that one too del, it was the reason I originally bought....thought that Form 10 filed on 4/24 was real), demonstrates that especially now, with Tom Pritchard on board and after an SEC investigation, the company had better be serious. If you were in the private board, you could hear some pretty good educated guesses. Instead you are here with your head happily burried in the sand. I will offer you this last piece of advice from one friend to another....buy Coca-Cola. The Gardner boys of Motley Fool fame guarantee you that over time you will outperform the S&P with this one...Coke provides only 3% of the world's drinking supply.....they've got tremendous market potential remaining. They are reporting. With bulletin board non-reporting stocks like JAWS, to not be "in the know" with information can kill you quickly. Good luck, Mark
