Hey Dave,,,I bought 100shares at 1.89 just for grins. Try my trick of having a couple of cash accounts and maxing out a market order at ask with your available cash in that account. They have to either raise the official ask price or fill for your brokerage, and they can't raise the price on your order if you only have enough cash in a cash account to cover it at the posted ask.
