PTCH is a solid, tho' unglamourous company. That pretty much sums it up. And there are a lot of things we don't know and questions we don't ask that someone like Tirman with that much juice brings to bear. Like exactly what expenses make up G&A? Any excessive officer perks? Any redundant or inefficient overhead items? Are the assets properly leveraged? Is there excessive liquidity that could be used to repurchase stock? This shift in management with some new blood may be just what is needed to turn up the EPS. That will ultimately drive the stock price up. dax
