G'day all - John, more than a year ago, I was tempted to bottom fish in WCEC [who is the parent of Palmer and Videosmith] after seeing its BV was in the teens but the stock was trading below 3. I lucked out by stopping by some of the video retail outlets and noticed that movie videos were on sale for $10 apiece, even though the suggested price could be $30 - 50. This sort of assets, like out of fashion books and clothings [yes, I had my waterloo in HDS <sg>,] is marginal at best - and could only worth 1/5 or less of its stated asset value.

best, Bosco

BLWT - Questions

John: Regarding WC and video inventory, does the company rent the videos or simply re-sell them?
