No, it's not mounted on wheels. Should be though. I have worked up to full loads with a 480 grain cast bullet. Ouchers. Ten rounds and I still ached in the wrist the next day. Guess I was sick&tired of having to walk up to the target to see the holes. I saw Ruger's 454. I wonder if it's built tight enough. If the b-c gap is not watched REAL close, gas erosion problems set in. Freedom Arms paid attention to this, and that's one reason their guns are so good.
