Dear Jay, My question relates to Form 4s as I believe they are the ones that would be filed if any of the options were actually exercised. When a Company official or an insider converts options to stock form, they must report that. I guess I have to spell it out here: I am not looking for the proof that they have exercised options and in turn have sold the shares. I am looking for evidence that they HAVE NOT done so. Cagey responses from management do nothing to put this issue to rest FGS, again it is in everyone's interest to look into this matter, wrap it up and move on. That is the way new investors are attracted sans anything at all that can be misconstrued or implied to be hype!!! This stock can be more than a trade, if given the chance and we discuss it openly and succinctly. For the umpteenth time, they have a great concept, thats why so many other companies are doing similar things, the window of opp is closing in terms of being a sole entity, at the same time there is plenty of room out there on the World Wide Web. YIKESSSSSSS, sorry Jay am a chatty cathy today, my apols, yes you guessed it I am supposed to be cleaning my house for a party this weekend and will do anything to postpone that,,, hmm,, checking yellows for a maid service I may have an out yet!!!!!! ,, AMB, Barbara
