Yes, but at the same strike price your leaps will retain more value than the April's..... The only thing I resent on the Leaps is the spread - a function of very low volume.... Here's to a better day tomorrow....

VLSI down 5/8 to close at 19 1/16. Also saw a rather interesting observation in the April 1999 edition of "Worth" on page 51. Klaus Kaldemorgen of Deutsche Fund rates Philips electronics as a dog! He thinks its fair value is about $ 60, though it is trading around $ 67 lately. He observes that a third of Philip's sales are in the consumer electronics area and it has been losing money and sucking up resources that could be used to turn around the semiconductor business! No wonder they are coming after VLSI, whose profit margins (in the upcoming semi cycle!) are better than its dull electronics business! The little fat built in the PHG stock over its fair value is probably the sugar coating we are going to get for VLSI, if they increase the offer price to $ 24!
