Dear Herman, I'm sure you must have misunderstood from the translation between German and English. I believe what you have on your tape is a statement that states:" There exist many application for the Air Box and that the Military would have some usage" Also,we stated that the company would come out with news in March but it would relate to year end #'s and a date for the shareholders meeting. I do believe your tape is in German because I remember the day you called and I was telling my German speaking personnel to translate my conversation to your questions into German regarding corporate status. I have no problems with be taped but Here in the USA its illegal to tape a phone conversation unless you have prior approval from the party being taped. Big Brokers and private investor, alike, tape my conversations and sometime I tape their conversation but the parties need to agree prior to taping. In the future please inform me that you need to tape the conversations with my office. With best Regards, Rich Kaiser AIRP
