Crusader, that was an interesting article. The article mentioned
the ability to offer advanced services. One possibility is that help
desk type functions would be implemented via Net2Phone versus with
800 or 888 numbers which I would imagine are more expensive than
Internet Telephony. Also, this expense could be off-loaded onto the
consumer especially by the non-branded sub-1000 dollar PCs. "If you
need support, call XXX via Net2Phone". Imagine becoming an Internet
standard such that PCs will come loaded with the Net2Phone software.
The Wintel crowd would have to join too expanding the share. I am
getting carried away here but I think it is clear for a lot of reasons
that we are just scratching the surface with Internet Telephony.
