I can say from a conversation with IR that $1 million of that fell through, with BIOF not living up to their commitments...

Scorpio,

Regarding the shares outstanding, post #34 dated 5/13/98 from Gator had a response from RMGG that shares outstanding was approx. 20 million. On 11/27/98 RMGG stated to me in an e-mail that 2 million shares were issued in 1998.

Don't know if the 20 million included that 2 million or not. I got the impression it was in addition to.
