I realize the value of ATY, and its $35-40 per share. With an EPS growth rate of 30% for 99/2000 and consistent EPS growth for the last 5 years (1994-1998) I think the stock deserves a multiple at least equal to its growth rate (30X). Slowdown in PC sales is irrelevant in the short run because ATY's market share is growing as is the market for their products. Higher R&D expense from Chromatic is old news. Demand for the Rage 128 is very strong and they even managed to extend the the Rage Pro's life cycle. Therefore I think they will beat estimates for the next few quarters.
