Just spoke with public relations, Mr Barron: Here is what I finalized: 1) The company will be profitable with the next issue of their periodical (magazine). 2) Income numbers will be available within six weeks. 3) Three million three hundred thousand shares outstanding (current) 4) current public float about two million one hundred thousand. 5) There are warrants that are convertible at .20 cents per share and are already in the mix. (about 500k shares) 6) The company wants to move slowly and not get a huge market capitalization that is not supported by earnings, etc. 7) They have some additional market makers in the stock "National Capital or NATC 8) Expansion of web site is in the process and additional advertising is being looked into.
