Aitch: What is impressive about that Montogmery report - for which many thanks - is that he is so strongly bullish on COMPAQ even though he is predicting only 31 cents 1Q. Maybe this explains the buying interest this afternoon. I particularly liked his explosive-growth-in-the-internet-server- sector reference. (I don't quite understand how the euro switchover has impacted COMPAQ. I remember EP stating clearly and specifically that CPQ was very well prepared. And I would have thought that it was more a software issue for clients).
