I happened to speak to a friend over the weekend that's in real estate sales. I can officially confirm that the financial asset bubble has spilled over big time into N.Y.C. real estate. Not that "easy Al" would care about such matters, but his bubble is spreading.

I had a conversation with an older colleague who shorts stocks regularly. I laid out my DELL analysis in total. Then he surprised me and said he was going to short the stock.

Wonder if he was quick enough?
