What's the connection with Kanakaris?

This is my second time looking into an investment in XYBR. The industry is going to be hot, but will it be XYBR? I reviewed their patents...pretty good, but could be gotten around. IBM and Sony could crush these little guys as they both have the technology (wearable ThinkPad, Vaio) and the marketing ability. Right now XYBR seems to have some tenuous patents, re-packaged commodity CPU and certainly not the market leading HMD. They have a lot of connections (CIA?) and the 'market leader' name.

Back to the connections:
Earlier posts on this thread indicated a very tight and somewhat unclear connection with Kanakaris. Kanakaris itself seems to be an odd conglomeration of last year's hip ideas, and definately a little shady. Earlier posts referred to legal but shady stock manipulations and corny marketing practices.

Whats the relationship here between XYBR and Kanakaris?

While XYBR seems a steal for this market at $5, they have a market cap at 100M for 38 people and no profits. If a non-start up company entered this market would it force traditional valuations on the other players (like XYBR)?

Sorry for the long message. I am interested in this for the long term, but have been bitten by other similar small startups controlled by financiers and not tech guys.

Thanks for any info.
