saw metals bring it up already.....fun should be an interesting
word to it...probably should ask what shares and float will

Consolidated Builders Supply Corporation Announces Reverse Stock Split And Changes Name
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective March 24, 1999, Consolidated Builders Supply Corporation (the ''Company'') (OTC Bulletin Board: CBSC - news), will undergo a reverse split on a 1:5 basis of its common stock as previously announced. In conjunction with the reverse split the Company will change its name to Global Business Information Directory, Inc. and its symbol to OTC Bulletin Board: GBDI. Both these changes will be effective March 24, 1999.
