David Wise,

<When will you apologize for leading people to believe that IDTC has announced an IPO? You dreamed this up from a press release that could just as well mean they are crunched for cash. After all, that's one of the primary reasons a company reorganizes their debt structure. They want people to agree to convert their bonds so they can carry out a debt restructuring. Maybe a purchase is involved at the same time. From this you started the rumors that an IPO was imminent.

Well, it's been a long time since then, and now you tell people that it'll happen in 2-3 days. Well, your meter is running.

Your mischaracterisations and twisting of the truth make me question your motives as well. Also, you didn't even read what I said. I said nothing about packet loss. I asked if your apology would be as vociferous, as your allegation, that is was "hogwash, that the ipo would be announced a few days after the bonds". Anyway, there is no need for you and I to communicate anymore. I'll be happy to skip over your posts and you can do the same.

Unlike your mischaracterisation, I have not dreamed up anything. Everything I state is based on facts and is presented honestly for others analysis. The company stated they wopuld spin off or IPO, not me. The company solicited bondholder approval (which could only be for an ipo), not me. The company selected underwriters, who have since gone quiet on IDT. (A sure indication they are handeling the ipo). The company said there would be a fortune 500 investor involved in the ipo, not me. Finally, the company held a cc where they refused questions under adfvice of their SEc attorneys because of (what could only be a quiet period imposed by the underwriters and required by the SEC).

Finally, it was the company that made an announcement yesterday that they had reshuffled their board and pulled Howie Balter off of the IDT board as he was moving to net2phone as the CEO.

Anyone who knows anything about this company would know that the only reason in hell Howie Balter would EVER come of the IDT board, would be if it was mandated by SEC seperation requirements.

So, Mr. Wise, I suggest you either o more dd, or disclose your motives, or, simply don't read me anymore.

David

You are showing your ignorance. IDT has been talking about a spin off of the internet business for more than a year.
