What happens if they do not get the money to service their agreements. They lose their african projects.

Unless Mobil or Exxon buys them out ;)

Talked to Richard at ERHC. Called IR # and they told me ERHC was handling their own IR. So don't know about Milan's involvement anymore. Supposedly working on financing with 2 different groups.
One million dollar payment to govt. has apparently been deferred and
will be taken out of production in the future. Norreen no longer has
any association with the company. So not suprising you had no response.
