Junior Balloon: Well, A@P and I have clashed in the past. I do not always agree with his methods or style, but he does know what he is doing. And based on years of watching the tape, there is no doubt in my mind that Manipulations occurs in the Markets on a variety of levels.

Of course, as of late not only has NASDAQ disciplined over manipulation the SEC has as well. However, I think it is more of slap on the wrist for being sloppy at it...<g>
