I have been trying to reach JJ - this is my opinion only based on what I was told in the past: Fronteer had given their permission for a press release to go out several weeks ago and it had been drafted, and redrafted until all parties agreed. However, this was prior to the buyout of Fronteer from last Thursday. This press release was to go out last week but was delayed due to the fact that Don has to give his official okay before anything goes out; and he was out of town last week meeting with AT&T to discuss future contracts and applications. So, my thoughts are that since this came out after the buyout, Fronteer may have requested it be pulled since they now need to get permission for releases from their new boss. And, any new releases, would be of a sensitive nature until the buyout is completed. Makes sense, anyway. I am glad that the release got out even if only for a little while since it gives a feeling for future revenues based on what was received in January alone. Actually, not sure about this, but Fronteer may now be in a quiet period until the deal is consummated. Not sure about this ... but makes some sense. I reiterate - this is my opinion only .. but I think it is an educated guess.
