Check out volume and move in ROTIW.

Went from .001 to .09. Anyone out there think that MM doesn't play games here.

No matter, someone took a shot. >250,000 traded.

Going to look back and see if there has been any historical link to increase in volume on ROTIW and movement in ROTI.
