Seminole Scrap deal still looking great but to be restructured...instead of buying Seminole, which was in effect a holding company for Iriquoi and the other sub, they will be buying the subs only...he said they didn't need to buy the staff and operational assets of the holding parent, just the underlying company. Overall looking good on all fronts... Price dropped to .75, I bought more.
