Dear Bill, CHorn is correct. QPs do not restrict a company from releasing non QP related information. In fact one rarely reads of a QP on other exchanges for the simple reason that there is so much other biz going on. BB issues tend to announce them in an effort to put shareholders minds at ease while they work on that given item, albeit it does not mean in any way shape or form that other biz is not being conducted. There is also a "fear factor" of smaller issues to not cross any lines that may irritate the powers that be. Providing the company has good representation this issue becomes moot. Also for the sake of a well rounded post, some companies will hide behind the "wall" of a QP and use that as an alibi if you will to deflect focus on missed target dates. AMB,, Barbara
